ArtGlitter is an assortment of small, reflective particles that come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. Glitter particles reflect light at different angles, causing the surface to sparkle or shimmer.

Spread a little glue on your desired surface and shake or pour glitter over the top for even and complete coverage. Greeting cards, scrapbooks, and art projects will dance with color and texture!

TO APPLY

1.) Apply a thin layer of cosmetic adhesive to skin. (Careful as to not go back and forth over the same spot as it dries quickly)

2.) Let dry until the adhesive has turned completely clear.

3.) Use a cosmetic brush to apply glitter until the adhesive is completely covered, use the brush to remove excess glitter and it's done!
