TO APPLY

1.) Apply a thin layer of cosmetic adhesive to skin. (Careful as to not go back and forth over the same spot as it dries quickly)

2.) Let dry until the adhesive has turned completely clear.

3.) Use a cosmetic brush to apply glitter until the adhesive is completely covered, use the brush to remove excess glitter and it's done!
