Materials Needed:
• Daffodil Fantasy Fiber • Ultrafine Transparent Glitter: #165 Autumn, #90 Melone’ • Baker’s parchment paper • Daisy rubberstamp • Permanent dark brown ink pad • Teflon coated Iron set to medium-high heat • Designer Dries Clear Adhesive with Ultrafine Metal Tip attached • Scissors Directions: Ink daisy stamp with brown ink. Set stamp on table with inked rubber side up. Pull out enough fiber to cover stamp and spread it into a shape that covers the image, with some extra hanging over edges. Place fiber gently on stamp surface. Without moving the fiber, cover it with a Teflon ironing cloth or baker’s parchment paper. Press, press and iron for 3 seconds on the entire surface of stamp. Too much dwell time will burn the fiber. Peel fiber off stamp surface. With stamped surface facing up, apply glue and Autumn glitter dots to daisy center and down middle of a few petals. Apply glue and Melone’ glitter to edges of petals, with some dots in daisy center too. Let dry for several hours. Cut closely around petals up to, but not the brown lines. Bend petals up for a more natural look. For variety try mixing Fantasy Film colors. Or leave strands on for a bushy effect like this butterfly...
