Faux Beaded Vintage Purse

Materials Needed:

  • Vintage Purse
  • Pattern for bead work (download Debrey's pattern)
  • Fabric Dries Clear Adhesive with Ultrafine Metal Tip attached
  • Designer Dries White Adhesive with Ultrafine Metal Tip attached
  • Glitter: #282 Nite Vision, #124 Jet Eye, #189 Pearl

Directions:

  1. Transfer pattern onto purse.
  2. Using Fabric Dries Clear, outline leaves and vines in glue dots, small sections at a time and glitter with Jet Eye.
  3. Fill in leaves and vines using Fabric Dries Clear Adhesive in lines and dots. Alternate colors of Nite Vision and Jet Eye.
  4. Make all the white dots with Designer Dries White Adhesive and Pearl glitter.
  5. After the Pearl dots are thoroughly dry put Jet Eye dots in the center of the two small flowers.
